Commercial Landlords - How to avoid and deal with problem tenants - Breakfast Seminar 20th October 2011

The seminar will provide practical tips for Landlords in the following areas:

• Preventative measures – safeguarding yourself from problem tenants or problem situations.
• Developing and maintain a good landlord and tenant relationship – making sure your tenants know what you expect and the consequences of not complying. Also how to spot the warning signs and deal with them earlier on in the Lease.
• Dealing with a defaulting tenant – the enforcement options open to you, the pro’s and con’s of using these in different circumstances. Also the advantages of negotiated settlements with some case examples. 

Presenting will be two of our property experts - Solicitor Suzanne Gallagher and Laura Hallett who specialise in commercial property disputes and both will be on hand after the seminar to answer any specific queries you may have.

The seminar is being held on Thursday 20th October 2011 at our offices in Fulwood, commencing at 8.30am and will finish no later than 10am.  Registration is from 8am and a light breakfast will be available.
