Major Changes to Health, Safety and Employment Law - do you comply? Seminar 10th and 13th October 2011
As part of the governments commitment to reduce costs, the Health and Safety Executive is looking at reducing their levels of service – and recover costs from duty holders found to be in material breach of health and safety law.

This seminar hosted in conjunction with ATG Health and Safety Consultants will highlight the areas that are changing and the risk you face if you do not comply.
The seminar will also examine the changes in employment law that have been introduced and are upcoming that you will need to implement including:
- Retirement age policy
- Termination of employment
- Social media policies
- Discrimination in the work place
- Equal pay
- Holiday policies
We are holding two seminars:
10th October at North West Lancs Chamber, Fylde coast office
13th October at Marsden Rawsthorn, Fulwood
Both will commence at 8.30am and finish at 10.00am. Registration is from 8am and a light breakfast will be provided.
